Kyern bowed to Dewdrops commands and removed his hands. Kyern heard her congragualtions and her comment on how he could do what she couldn't. But before Kyern could reply, Dewdrop fell into his chest and he caught her. "Dewdrop" he said in worry. In a panic Kyern pressed his hand to her neck and began looking for a pulse. He sighed when he found a faint trace of a pulse. Dewdrop was alive, but her body was suffering from the loss of blood. He was worried over Dewdrop, but he would honor her decision to avoid transferring life energies. Instead Kyern grabbed a part of his sleeve and ripped it off. He then poured a small amount of healing magic into the clothe and wrapped it around Dewdrops wound. The magic would prevent the wound from allowing anymore blood to escape, but the wound itself would stay open until Dewdrops power returned. This way he secured that Dewdrop would not die. He then picked her up in his arms and began walking outside. He reached the courtyard were the necromancer's ashes were spread and Kyern walked all the way to the end of the courtyard and through a rusty gate that led to an dirt road. "The dirt road should led us back to the main road" he said outloud. "And we then can continue are journey towards the temple of the fates." Kyern began walking down the road with Dewdrop in his arms. She was very light, a pleasure when carrying people over long distances. Kyern had been walking for a while now when he remembered Dewdrops comment earlier and he had to smile. "Sorry Dewdrop but it wasn't me that killed the necromancer, so your congragulations are for naught" Kyern stopped walking and looked up at the sky. There was a slight breeze, and the dark pressure that use to surround the hills was now demolished. Kyern took a deep breathe of the now purified air and smiled. "I guess the lesson we learned today is that there are some forces in the world that can only be taken out by greater evils, instead of the goodness of people like us." (Thanks for that comment by the way, I totally forgot to post about it in my last reply. Also I like the new picture of Dewdrop. Its very classic

"Your wrong...." she whispered faintly, opening her eyes just enough to look up into Kyerns face. " Deep down we can rid this world of evils, but we must believe in this fully and without hesitation...at least thats what I remember my mother once saying." She felt the wrap around her waist covering the wound area on her back.
She saw the relief upon Kyerns face after she said what she had. Slowly he lowered her to the ground; only because of her constant reassuring that she was better. Though her legs were still a bit shaky; Kyern had not moved. Kyern was allowing her to us him to brace herself. She gripped his arm for a moment longer, just to make sure she would not fall.
"Thank you..." she spoke looking into his face once more. There was something about him that made her feel comfortable and in someway, made her feel as though she was not alone anymore.
She took a deep breath. The air was sweeter then it had been when they first arrived. She reached her free hand back to her wound; the other hand still gently gripped Kyern. Closing her eyes a bright white light flooded from her hand. Slow at first, but picking up speed the wound began to close. With the wound healed she felt much better.
"Perhaps I was just to weak earlier to heal the wound...I thought it might have been do to the dark magic." She was still gripping his arm. Realizing this she pulled back quickly her cheeks turned a slight red. "Sorry..." She walked a few feet away from him. She stretched her arms and her wings into the sky. Once done she turned to him as her wings folded behind her back. "Shall we see what awaits us next?" She smiled; the first real smile Kyern had seen in some time.
(Thank you very much and you are welcome! I have been trying to find a certain picture to give everyone an image of Dewdrop, but I have not been able to find any good ones. I really like the picture though "oldy but goody"

Kyern heard Dewdrop speak about the beliving in goodness with no hesitation. The words spoken by her mother were true in a way, but in the present there weren't many individuals who could commit themselves completely to goodness. Kyern always had respect for those who could commit themselves to goodness, knowing how difficult a task it was to do. Dewdrop then stood up and braced herself on his arm. She seemed weak and Kyerns face showed a mixture of joy and worry for Dewdrop. But she than began to heal herself and the wound disappeared in seconds. There was an akward moment as Dewdrop quickly removed her hand from his arm, and Kyern put his arm behind his back pretending the scene didn't happen as he tried to hide his blush marks. The moment passed and Dewdrop stepping forward and streching her arms in the air said, "Shall we see what awaits us next?" she turned and smiled at Kyern which caught him off guard. Before he knew it a smile had crawled upon his face and he let out a little snort of laughter. "Yes what does await us next?" He repeated the question chuckling to himself as he and Dewdrop started forward down the road, leaving behind them the now run down mansion and the destroyed legend hidden within its walls. Kyern and Dewdrop walked for hours. since they had just left during the suns rising, they had the full day ahead of them and this time the roads were empty. They passed many campers who had stopped to rest on the side of the road, still sleeping. They then passed a traveliing vendor on the side of the road who had just woken up. Together Kyern and Dewdrop bought themselves two new packs complete with sleeping and cooking equipment, and hunting equipment. After completing the business transaction with the vendor, the two continued on their journey to the temple. Around lunch time, Dewdrop went into the forest too catch food, leaving Kyern began to build a fire. Lunch was rabbit stew, and the portions were split evenly between the two. It was a delicious meal!! The two continued travelling until the sun was low in the sky. Moving off the road into the bush, the two set up camp and switched roles. This time Kyern went out to collect food and Dewdrop remained behind to maintain the fire. Kyern returned with a sac full of mushrooms, and two grouse. Dewdrop went to boiling the mushrooms in the pot while kyern began to pick the feathers off the grouse and setting up a spit over the fire to cook them. Supper passed with the casual exchange of common topics and expressions. And soon the sun had set and night had fallen. Kyern and Dewdrop set up on each side of the fire in their new sleeping equipmet. A thich blanket to lay on the ground, and some bear furs to wear over their bodies to keep the warm. Kyern was tired, after a full day of travelling he craved sleep. And he wanted nothing more than to sleep. Kyern woke up to the sudden shouting of people in the distance. He got up and looked around confused. He looked over at Dewdrop but she was already awake. Together they got up and began crawling through the bush towards the shouting and the torches. Kyern and Dewdrop then both found the clearing. Hiding in the bushes they both saw a different scence in front of them. Kyern looking into the clearing could see men dressed in red robes. He could see the men were not shouting but chanting as women in the same robes approached a stone alter and placed smoking insence. Kyern looked ahead and saw the statue of a god. He couldn't tell which one it was, but his thoughts were cut off when he saw a man approach the alter. The man than began shouting the praises of the goddess Mirtha. Kyern couldn't hear all the words, but he could paint the picture before him. He whispered to Dewdrop "There offering there goddess an offering to bring good crops this year, its nothing to worry about." He was just turning to leave when the man shouted to bring the sacrafices and Kyern looked. Kyern then gasped as he looked at the sacrafices. Instead of cows or sheep, he saw two girls being dragged towards the alter. The girls were lain across the alter and the man started shouting in a foreign language. Looking at Dewdrop with wide eyes he whispered "Human sacrafice, thats just wrong no matter which god demands it". (The two children are Kiminn and Viscriss the dragon children. I just thought adding more characters would be more interesting. So I was thinking who could RP Kiminn because she's the good one and I could RP Viscriss cause shes darker. Sound good or should we just save them and then continue on? Also sorry for fast forwarding the day then throwing this into the plot mix )

The past few days had passed by quickly. She had become to get to know Kyern better each day. They laughed and joked together. She had not felt such joy in a long time. How long could this happiness last? There was still a great deal of hardships ahead; from what Kyern had told her.
When they settled down for their usual evening under the stars; they heard shouts. Kyern and her quickly ducked into the bushes and peered out to see the backs of many people surrounding an alter. Kyern assured her not to worry about them, but his expression told another story when he noticed two small girls. At the sight of them she wanted to rush forth and snatch them from the men carrying them. However, perhaps there was a better way.
"Kyern...I am going to distract them...you should sneak up behind the man standing closest to the alter and grab the two young girls. I am sure they have never seen an angel before..." she winked and walked out from behind the brush, unfolding her wings.
This was Kyerns cue to go towards the alter. All the humans turned and gazed upon her. Some were in awe while other were nervous and apprehensive. She glanced sideways at Kyern as he began to make his way towards the alter.
The man standing near the alter spoke, "Who are you? Do you serve the Goddess Mirith? Do you come to accept these sacrifices?" he waved his hand back towards the girls. From what Dewdrop could see they were both unconscious. Her attention turned back to the man. "These sacrifices will not appease the Goddess. They are but young girls. Tell me why you sacrifice them to the Goddess?" She was glad they thought of her in someway connected to their Goddess. She would use this to her advantage long enough for Kyern to snatch up the girls.
(I dont know...we could have another person be Kimin...I could try perhaps. Sorry not much help lol. I do like the idea of others and they are young too. Maybe Kyern and Dewdrop could become guardians? IDK lol...just idea so i feel as though i helped ^_^:: )

Kyern crawled through the grass towards the girls on the alter. Dewdrop with her wings unfolded could have fooled even a king into thinking she was a goddesses messenger. A tactic he hoped would be useful in the future. While Dewdrop maintained the groups attention. Kyern approached the alter and picked up the suprisiling light girls and put them over his shoulder. He then began to tip toe out of the clearing and placed the girls down in the grass. He gave a little wave of his hand to tell Dewdrop that he was safe and alright, the girls had been rescued. He then picked them up again and began to walk back to their campsite, where he intended to meet Dewdrop. He walked all the way back and set down a bear skin for the two girls to lay on. After making sure the girls were settled down, Kyern got up and added more wood to the fire making it bigger and hotter. He waited for Dewdrop to show up back at the campsite knowing she was proabley right behind him. (Its alright if you dont want to be one, because I can always play them both. It wont be that much of a problem for me to RP them both

She glanced back towards the area Kyern and her had come from; there the signal. She turned her attention back to the people. She waved her hand; images of the two girls appeared on the alter. She had done this trick once before when they were being hunted; before they even started on their journey. Though it seemed they had escaped that ordeal rather easily.
"I shall take the girls with me...they shall serve the Goddess for your unworthy deeds. Your crops may be at danger this year due to your unworthy sacrifice." With another wave of her hand, blue flames engulfed the images of the girls. They rose and waved before disappearing. Gasps filled the tribes people.
"We are sorry...those girls were demons. Demons we tell you...we thought it would appease the Goddess to give up demon spawn. For we know she hates the wicked!" The chief of the group bowed as did everyone else.
"This does not change what you have done. What proof do you have that they are demons?! What harm have two young girls caused?! I shall leave, do not make the Goddess have to come here herself next time." She turned and floated into the air.
"Horrible things have happened since they came to our village! Please believe us!" cried the chief standing again. She said nothing, but flew higher into the sky. She thought about what the chief had said as she landed back at the campsite.
She smiled at Kyern and then walked to the two girls. She placed a hand on both of them and closed her eyes. Any wounds they had would be healed and they would be left to sleep. She stood and walked towards Kyern; grabbing his arm gently and walking him from the fire a bit. This was just in case they woke up.
"I think these girls have powers. I say this because most mortals fear the unknown. The chief claimed that they had done horrible things. Unfortunately, I could not stand their presence anymore and left. I did let my emotions get the better of me. For this I am sorry, but I do have a feeling they are just misunderstood." She glanced back towards them. They slept soundly; although one did have an aggressive aura. Dewdrop figured it was due to trying to defender herself and perhaps the other girl. " I wonder if they are sisters?" She questioned looking back at Kyern.
(if you can play them both go ahead...you know them better then anyone I am sure ^_^. If it gets to be to much let me know I will help if I can )

(I apologize for taking this long to reply. But don't worry about it, I think I can handle them both.)
Kyern looked at Dewdrop, then back to the two girls. "I don't know if they are sisters. They may not even be related." He then paused and looked down at the ground. Maybe they were terrible demons, but on the other hand the citizens had thought Dewdrop was their Goddesses mesenger which showed there intelligance in the field of magic. Kyern then prayed a small prayer of forgivness to the Goddess just in case she decided to bring her rage upon them later. Looking back at Dewdrop he put her one hand into both of his and said "I wouldn't worry about it, I believe that they are not dangerous and I'll stick by that thought." Suddenly Kyern and Dewdrop heard a small sigh and they both turned to see the one girl sit up. "Well it looks like we can go ask her now anyways", he said with a teasing smile. Kyern than walked over and called out to the girl saying "Good morning."
Kiminn woke up and sat up. She let out a sigh as she looked down to see that she was still in the sacrafical robes. Then she remebered Viscriss and looked around wildly only to see her Twin sister beside her alseep. She than began to think if they had both died when she heard a strangers voice say "Good morning!' She turned to look at the man and a woman walk towards them. she could instatnly tell that both of them held very stong powers. Very similiar to hers. The man than asked her "So are you hungry?" Kiminn shook her head and replied "No i'm not hung.... um excuse me sir?" she shyly asked. "Am I dead?" To her surprise the woman answered her question.

"No my dear, I assure you that you are quite alive." *she handed over her water canister with a soft smile. Her wings were folded, but the sight of them might have caused the girl to think she was dead. "Please drink some water. It seems you have been through a great deal. Are you alright?" *she knelt beside the young girl. She was at the girls eye level. Dewdrops face was calm and caring; something that might help the girl to feel relaxed and comfortable. Kiminn nodded shyly' but with a half smile and drank a rather large gulp from he water canister. Her young eyes trace fixed on Dewdrop.
Dewdrop looked to the other little girl and then back to the one she was kneeling before; "Is she your sister? Also, would it be to much to ask your names? I am Dewdrop." She said placing a hand on her chest. She then turned and looked to Kyern, "and he is Kyern. We are the ones that took you from that village; instead of becoming...sacrifices." Dewdrop still could not believe that both this girls were to be sacrificed. When Dewdrop had left the village, she had done her own prayer too. Hoping that their goddess was not a mean one.
(I can control them while doing little things to help if you would like? Just let me know how i can help ^_^)

(Alright)
Kimmin blushed at the woman as she crouched down at her eye level. Shes really beautiful thought Kimmin. The woman offered her some water and Kimmin took the bottle with her thanks. As the water poured into her mouth, she suddenly remembered how thirty she really was! She began to take big gulps of the water. The woman than asked if the two of them were sisters, and what were there names? Kimmin blushed in embaressment and put her head down. She began to answer when suddenly her sister spoke up and kimmin turned around happily, glad that her sister was awake.
Viscriss woke up and looked around silently, she heard Kimmin talking and she turned to see that she was speaking to a woman. Viscriss thought the woman was very ugly and disgusting. She hated things that were bright or perfect. She then noticed Kimmin's pause and she decided to play the big sister. "Well Dewdrop, we are twin sisters. I'm the older. And our names are Viscriss and my sister's name is Kimmin." She said this in a snarky tone hoping to bring about a negative emotion in Dewdrop. The beautiful lady must have some wonderfully negative qualities she thought. Then Viscriss felt the power from the woman and the man to whom she just noticed. She soon came to the conclusion that they were both non human, by feeling for there life force. Perfect she thought, we fit in with these two weirdos perfectly.

ooh what a meanie... lol viscriss is lol) Dewdrop turned her attention to the other young girl. Her face held hatred and loathing; something very opposite from her sister Kiminn. Dewdrops facial expressions did not change. Her eyes searching Viscriss; trying to read some deep down secret as to why she acted in hatred and Kiminn seemed nice. Perhaps opposites; destined to share a connection that neither Kyern or her could understand. With a very sweet voice Dewdrop replied to Viscriss. "You are twins...then I suppose you share a very strong connection to each other." Dewdrop continued with calm words; as though Vicriss had not portrayed her negative nature. " Can you tell us why you two were in such danger when we found you? Also, where your from? However, this can be answered later...would you both be interested in some food? I am sure your quiet hungry." She smiled pleasantly to Kiminn and Vicriss. Dewdrop stood and walked over to her pack. Luckily, when they picked up more supplies; Dewdrop had packed a few loafs of bread. Though only bread, it would fill their bellies. She broke a loaf in half and walked back over to the girls handing them each a piece. Glancing back at Kyern, she almost wished she could talk to him alone. They would need to discuss what they were going to do about these two girls.

Viscriss listened to the words of the woman. She didnt trust strangers, and the woman seemed strange. However before she could respond to the womans questions, her sister quickly and politely answered her questions. "Um, yes we do have a strong connection, in fact we may be more connected to each other than other forces. Um, to answer your second question we were being harassed because of the..." and before Viscirss could answer her sister interuppted and said "We will not answer any more questions, thank you". Viscriss had ended the conversation before allowing Kimmin to spill there secrets. She loved her sister, but hated how she could be so trusting sometimes. Viscriss then looked to the woman then the man who remained silent for the entire time. She was curious as to what these two were and what they were capable of. She was just as curious about them as they were of her. So then asked "So, what are you guys doing out this far? I assume your from the Warriors craters center countries?"
