His anger was rising forcing his Powers to increase. She stepped back a few feet as he broke her spell once more. How could he do this? The realization was coming a bit late, she knew she was no match for this demon. Her hand gripped the sword as he spoke. The chain snapped from around her neck. She reached for it, but was to late. He held it in his hands. Watching him carefully something happened. It opened to reveal something else she could not see. "What...what are you doing!?" She questioned watching him steadily trying to prepare herself for anything. Suddenly he dropped it and began to back up. Fear filling his eyes or was it disbelief? Waving her hand she quickly managed to take hold of the amulet again. It closed in her hand and gave off a soft glow. Closing her hand around it, she turned to take flight to escape if at all possible. She did not know what had just happened nor did she want to stick around any longer. The longer she was here the better her chances of an early death. Raising the glorious white wings into the sky. She glanced back before lifting getting ready to lift off the ground. The sword still in her right hand the amulet in her left

As she left he still reeled with the images displayed in the necklace. But that was impossible.....wasn't it? If that were true there would be memories, or some evidince that it was true. This was unsettling but thankfully his mind shut down and focused on battle to keep him from completely looseing it. Shakeing his head he brought himself back to normal and knowing that his energy spike would bring more to the area he quickly vanished, returning to his own home and then from there he headed for his uncles realm.

Arriving back at home, she was a bit shaken. She stood on the balcony of her bedroom, starring out over the palace and the small village. She watched angels of other classes working and other training. Something did not seem right. Everyone seemed to serious, did they know she had left and met a demon? Malacite, Her father and mother walked from the palace heading down the stone path into the village towards the black smith shop. Raising her wings, she floated down to them, looking confused and a bit worried. "W-what is going on?" she asked cautiously. The amulet still glowing lightly. It was still hidden with in her hand. "Out scouts have informed us that the demons to the west are plotting against us..." came her fathers strong broad voice. He entered the blacksmith shop without looking back. "Dewdrop...you are to remain in the palace...I am afraid war will be at our boundaries soon..." Her mother stopped and looked at her. A hint of sorrow in her eyes. She looked to her neck* "my daughter where is the amulet?" "Here mother..." she spoke showing it to her, it was still glowing. Her mother smiled lightly and kissed her forehead. "Just keep it close to yourself my dear daughter..." she stood and looked to Malacite. His face held no emotion, something almost seemed off with him. Nothing that her mother seemed to notice. "Malacite it will be your duty as a new High warrior angel to protect the palace and the elders..." she turned and headed into the black smith shop too. Malacite turned to her, still acting rather odd. She took his hand and looked up at him. "Malacite...I" *she wanted to tell him what happened, but could not find the words to say it. he studied her face and then spoke. "Dewdrop...an energy of a high demon had been felt not far from here...we are not sure why though. I know you left earlier, where did you go?" His eyes looked into hers. She could not tell him, not now. She was fearing that this war that had been set forth was all her fault. She shook her head, unsure what to say. She did not have to say anything for their parents walked back out and they all headed back towards the palace. In the back of her mind she could not get the image of the demon or his reaction to the opening of the amulet out of her mind.

He smiled as he looked over the battle ready camp. His uncle came to him and smiled as well. They discussed the plans and after a small scout returned from the Angels plane with info they smiled. Everything was going as planed. Soon he and a group of warriors went through two other dimensions and prepared themselves for battle. He dressed in battle leathers, armor covered his lower legs and boots, gauntlets rested on his forarms, a lightweight chainplate covered his vest and shoulders, and a helmet that covered all but his eyes nose and mouth completed his armor. Then a cloak of blood red draped over his shoulder as twin battle axes where strapped to his back. He breathed in and cleared his mind prepareing for the signal for battle.

She paced into her room, her arms folded behind her as she was deep in thought. Battle never came to them, why this time? She sank on to her bed laying down, looking to the ceiling. Was it really her fault for being so naive? Her hands fell over her face rubbing lightly. The Amulets chain had been fixed, but she did not put it back on. She rolled over to her side and looked at it. Trying to figure out how he opened it. Though this was not really a good time to worry about it. However, her fingers slowly ran along the markings on the amulet slowly, trying to figure out their meaning. suddenly something began to move. She picked up up and sat up starring at it. A horn was sounded, meaning that the enemy had made it to the out limits of the barrier. They were there. She gripped the amulet and placed it back around her neck quickly as she jumped to her feet and peered out her window. The High warrior angel army had assembled with her parents int he lead. She bit her bottom lip looking out over the village to where the gates of their realm stood. There see saw hundreds of demons in battle ready armor and carrying all sorts of different weapons. "This is all my fault...isn't it?" She whispered to herself as the horns kept blearing and angels becoming ready for war.

The gates stood before one demon in particular, twice the height and power of all the army combined, he wore nothing more than a single armred guantlet that went from his fingers to his shoulder, black leather pants and boots. His hand gripped the shaft of a devastating war hammer as he motioned the charge. This was the general, and powerufl he was for his energy could be felt all over the realm of angels. His army fanned out and assaulted the angels that came at them while he himself went directly to the gate and began working its support and hinges. Each strike craking and tearing it to peaces.
He smiled feeling the battle now in full swing. He opened his portal and his group slipped through and came up on the palace walls. Meeting little resistance along the way up untill they entered the palace courtyard. there he knew a small batallion would be left to defend such attacks and this was his joy, time for battle, he took his axes and with a cry for blood he and his group lit into the angel warriors.

Screams filled the air and the cries of battle did too. Her eyes watched in horror as her people were getting attacked. She bit her lip watching. If only there was something she could do. In reality there was nothing he could do; for she was not strong enough. The powers that could be felt within the battle were far superior to her own. The barrier around the gates would not hold much longer."You shall go no farther demon!" one angel warrior shouted just below her."There was a treaty between out two realms, go figure you guys did not up hold your end of the deal!" another angel shouted raising his sword. She glanced down, trying not to be seen. There among the small group who had seemed to sneak in through the barrier, stood the same demon she had been toying with. Anger filled her. This battle really was her fault wasn't it? Just like that she made up her mind she was going to fight."Do not even attempt to go down there sister, you would die. I am going, go to the elders and be with them..." Malacite spoke walking up to her and looking down at the small group who had infiltrated the barrier."Brother..." she whispered watching his wings open. He jumped and landed in front of the small group of angels, holding no expression upon his face. She could not watch what was going to happen. She turn and ran from her room, down the hall and up three floors worth of spiral stair cases. She came to the room where the elders were. Standing there looking at the huge golden doors. She had never been here by herself before. Her hand reached for the door handle then was drawn back. This was not a time to be nervous, but she could not help being that way. Did she need to ask them to help or did she had to try and protect them? Her hand reached for the handle again, she sure hoped they were going to help. For some reason the battle was not looking to good. What would she know of battles though, this was the first one she had ever seen.

He only smiled to himself as he fought. Hearing the words of the angels cry out about treaties and broken promises he shook his head. It was true that his father had indeed with his uncle signed a no war treaty, but the terms of that was simple, if the demon army attacked it would be broken, and they wouldn't attack any towns or villages, just the gates and palace grounds itself. And as far as that went this wasn't the army of hell, only a battalion of elites split in two to practic. He heared the gates shatter and then felt the elites on that side begin to clear a path around them and vanish. His own group had cleared the courtyard just as a newly made high angel landed. He smiled and signaled his men to return home as he backed away slowly gripping his axes at the ready. He would use this time to get afew answers, all that stood in his way was this new enemy.

She heard something. She had opened the door some, but quickly closed it when the gates shattered. A gasp escaped her, running to the closest window, looking out. The once magnificent gates that protected their palace and village was now in pieces. Covering her mouth, she suppressed a faint scream. However, she became dumbfounded when the demon army seemed to be leaving. What was really going on here?"Young one..." she heard someone say behind her. Turning around it was an elder. His white beard fell to his chest. Eyes were pools of blue sky. Though his face was glowing, it held a bit of sadness. His hand reached out and touched her cheek. Her eyes did not move from his."You shall never pass me demon..." Malacite called standing tall in front of the entrance way to the palace, from the garden side. Armor covered his chest, arms, legs and even his wings. His weapon was a twin sides sword. Huge in size with writings along each blade. Enchantments to boost the weapon. She turned to look forgetting about he elder for a moment, but when she turned back around he was gone. Her mind was racing. What was going on? Why had the elder come out to see her and vanish when she heard her brother? She could not focus. Everything was happening to fast. No one was going to answer the questions that were swirling in her head.

He laughed at the words this warrior spoke. The weapon was impressive, the armor shiney and this warriors power level was strong. But it wouldn't be enough in the end. " You poor fool. you think yourself able to take me down? Your elders have answers that i will have and you won't stop me. So do yourself a favor, get out of my way. " He rose the axes slightly and tilted them into the light. His own weapons were engraved with runes that made his own weapons stronger as well.

Malacite did not show any emotion when the axes raised in front of him. He stood ready, watching this demon. Without another thought he launched himself towards him. The sword whistling as it cut through the air towards the demons side. His massive wings stretched for the sky. As Metal met metal.
"Malacite!" she cried from within the palace walls. Watching the scene bellow unfold. They both seemed equal to the other, but malacite was still new to this wasn't he? Her hands pressed against the window as she watched.

One ax came down and clashed with his enemies blade. He held the blade there as the broad side of his other slamed into the Angels head followed by a strong kick to the armored chest sending them both backwards. He smiled and regained his footing ready for another counter or assault. He didn't want to kill anyone but if this moron didn't take the hint then this battle would end quickly.

Malacite had not expected the blow. The axe came off his head hard. The kick to the chest sent him back aways. His body lay on the ground as he slowly began to look up. He reached for the sword and stood once more. Blood trickling down the side of his face. His eyes narrowed looking towards the demon with intentions to kill. She did not think, only did. Racing down the stairs, heart pounding wildly. She could not just stand there and watch her brother be killed. Not when this whole thing was her fault. Pulling for the crystal hilt, the blade formed quickly. The garden door burst open from her power as she ran towards the two. Before anyone could have reacted she was standing in front of Malacite, breathing heavily. Emerald eyes starred back into black ones. Her body was shaking a bit, she had felt his powers before, unbeknown to her brother and the rest of the warrior angels. Her jaw was clenched as her sword pointed towards the demon. "You fool what are you doing!" Malacite shouted, grabbing her shoulder. She shook him off and spoke. "I am not going to stand by while this...this jerk tries to kill you brother." Her eyes did not move from the demon's.

How amuseing. Brother and sister these two. And it appeared she had figured him out from his energy signature. He smiled and useing the destraction to his advantage he vanished, reappeared behind then and slammed the broadside of his ax's into Malacite's head knocking him out. From there he vanished again laughing as he appeared next inside the chamber of the elders. He placed his axes back on their hangers and removed the helmet looking at each one of them slowly. He wanted answeres and wanted them now.

She saw his face become amused, this mad her angry. She raised her sword to charge him, but he vanished. Next thing she knew her brother was unconscious behind her. spinning around, the sword dropped to the round vanishing. She knelt by her brother, tears welling in her eyes. What had she done? IF she was not so reckless and listened more none of this would be happening. She could not help but to blame herself. The seemed to be the only reason they had come here. Perhaps she was the one who broke the treaty. "Malacite..I..I am so sorry...I will fix this..." her hand rested on his wounds, they slowly closed. She could heal, not well but enough for a warrior angel. She stood after grabbing the crystal hilt. His energy had moved to, oh no, the elders chamber. Opening her wings she took flight, flying to the roof of the elders chamber. Glancing in she saw him standing there before them. No weapon drawn. She watched for a moment, before breaking through the glass and landing with one knee against the marble ground the other bent. Standing slowly she looked to him, narrowed eyes. Anger filling her actions now. However, these feelings faded a bit when the soft voice of one of the elders spoke. "Young one...you should not be here right now....however...it seems you both have found each other...sooner then had been thought."
