Pyros entered the inn, looking around at the many tables, the place was pretty empty and Max was nowhere to be seen. "Looks like he isn't here yet, I thought bounty hunters were such agile people, i assumed he would have finished a meal and 3 drinks by the time I got here." Pyros said to himself when the barman coughed subtly to get his attention. He turned to look at the man behind the counter, "A drink sir? or perhaps something to snack on?" He offered Pyros. "What kind of beer do you guys have here?" he asked, making his way over to the bar and taking a seat. "Only the best in Galfinio, coming right up." He responded getting the drink. Pyros dropped some coins on the bar as the drink was handed to him. "So, you waiting on someone?" The barman asked him, Pyros looked at him in a way that showed he didn't feel like talking. "It's been a long trip, I think i'll just go and rest by a table, Thanks for the drink." Pyros replied as he headed for a table that wasn't too far from the door, so he would notice Max come in.

It wasn't long before the youthful fox entered, wearing an expression of mild irritation. The gear he wore was his ordinary work gear. He glanced around the room carefully, taking in all of the patrons before he went to the bar. Noticing Pyros, he gave a nod of acknowledgement before heading to the counter. An exchange was made, he dropped off some coins and received a tankard. The barkeeper said something to cause Max to scowl before he went over to Pyros' table.
"I apologise for my lateness. There were a couple of unexpected... Delays." His scowl deepened, evidently thinking about the aforementioned delsy. He then shook his head, losing the scowl. "How long have you been waiting?"

In the empty inn, there was nobody to notice the lingering shadow by the doorway. A slight figure emerged, gliding silently across the room to settle by the bar. Eclipse, a small black cat, pushed a few coins across the table, wrinkling her nose at the small selection. "Whatever you got. Food, drink. If it's actually satisfactory, I might get add a few coins to the bill." The barman nodded, a bit wary of this stranger. He retreated to the back room, and Eclipse muttered, more to herself to the other persons in the room. "Hard to find a decent inn these days, what with the uprising and all." Turning around, she caught sight of a young fox in the room, as well as... Pyros?! Shouldn't he be back at the kingdom sorting things out?! "King Pyros? What are you doing here?" She asked in disbelief. She didn't exactly mean to be rude, but when you find your king in a dingy little inn, you have a right to ask. Normally, she wouldn't have bothered with actually learning the names of royalty, but the drama was too big to be contained and everyone, in all four kingdoms, knew about the problems of the Cat Kingdom.

Pyros noticed as Max entered the inn, he went and got something to drink before taking a seat with Pyros. He looked like he wasn't feeling his best for some reason, he had mentioned some delays but seemed to be trying to forget about it all and put it behind him. "Oh not all that long, I just took my seat a moment ago, I was quite surprised that you weren't already here." Pyros responded to his question.
A black cat came over and seemed in disbelief to see royalty in a place like this. She seemed to be calling him King Pyros for some reason, she asked what he was doing in the inn. Pyros looked to Max with a smirk on his face before turning back to the cat. "Pleasure to meet you, its always nice to meet more of my fellow citizens. It seems your under a misconception, im the prince of Cat Kingdom, Pyros Shadow, though king would be a lovely title, it is reserved for royal blood only." Pyros explained to the cat. "As for why im here..." Pyros began looking around the inn, "well, I just needed a bit of a rest from all the royal work and stresses of the castle, Siren is more than capable of handling all that without me until I return." He finished before pulling up a chair, "Please take a seat, miss?" Pyros offered her the seat and asked for her name so that he could address her correctly.

"And normally I would be if I hadn't had something to take care of first." Max responded as he noticed the cat approaching. He returned Pyros' smirk at the error the cat made in his title, followed by a brief explanation about the title of 'King' being for those of royal blood. He raised furry eyebrows as he quickly recorded the newcomer's appearance in mind.
"Pity really. 'King Pyros' rolls off better than 'Prince Pyros' ever does." He chuckled softly. "So let's stick with 'Pyros', especially in public when you're hiding from being royalty."

Eclipse shrugged, trying to shake off the embarrassment at her mistake. She knew she shouldn't have trusted that serval. "King, prince. Whatever. I see the rumors have been wrong again." She said coolly, or as coolly as she could manage. Glaring at the Fox's smirk, she asked, "And who might you be?" pulling out a throwing knife and sharpening it, as if asking for a battle. Taking no notice to the chair being pulled out for her, she informed Pyros curtly, "Eclipse. Eclipse Risingmoon. Pyros." Seeing the barman appear again, she uncorked the bottle and poured a glass for herself. "Pity. They don't make ale like they used to. Want some? I don't think I'll be drinking any more of that rot." Shooing the guy away with a hand, she nodded at the fox and human. What an unlikely pair. "I see you have business tonight. Pray tell."

He looked to Max with a smile as he mentioned how much better king sounded. He also pointed out that they should stick with Pyros while he was hiding from being royalty. Pyros hardly thought he was trying to hide who he was, he just wished for a little rest, it was inevitable for him to be recognized by the public.
"Well, you cant believe all the rumors you hear." Pyros commented, noticing the knife that she had taken out and begun to sharpen. She informed them of her name, Eclipse Risingmoon. She got her drink and poured herself some before offering them some of the 'rot'. "I'll be fine with my own drink thanks." He responded, he wasn't sure what business she spoke of, so decided to let Max field that question.

"I'm Max. Max Füchs-Kojote. I'm a bounty hunter." He didn't react to her bringing out the knife, sipping from his drink, neglecting to mention his employment with the Kitsune King. "And I'll stick with what I'm drinking than your ale. I need a clear mind for tonight, as always."
He shook his head, drinking as she raised the question of business. "I've already dealt with business before I even arrived. The only business here is friendly discussion. Everyone's busy, so it's nice to get a break."
