He smiled softly and nods to Dewdrop and takeing a mixed stance of defense and offense he placed one hand behind his back and held the other out motioning Dewdrop to attack. He figured that they new enough to try their magical talents since this was a magic academy. He waited to see just how well they were going to perform and how much work he had to do with them.

She was not sure if she had to use the stone or not. Slowly she placed it into her pocket and reached behind her, drawing forth the life sword. Her right hand gripped it as her eyes narrowed to him. "I shall not go easy on you...for I feel you do not wish me too" In that same instance she was above him bring the sword down towards his head. Her wings were stretched behind her for balance. The attack had been started before anyone else could speak. There had to be a reason he wanted to test all of their strengths. A purpose, she was sure, they would find out soon.

He smiled and shook his head. With a soft glow forming around his hand he sidesteped once and snaped his hand down. The glow vanished from his hand, encased Dewdrops body and sent her crashing into the floor. He resumed his stance and waited her reaction. Battle wasn't her point she needed, it was magic. The one that needed battle was Pyros and that was going to be intresting to see.

Siren sat down to watch, looking up at Pyros for a moment before she returned her gaze to Dewdrop and the headmaster. She supposed she should be paying attention to what was happening. It might help her upon her evaluation. She wondered what Pyros was thinking about, but she had agreed not to get upset when she didn't know, so she would have to satisfy herself in knowing he would share if he felt she should know. She watched as within seconds Dewdrop was sprawled across the floor.

Her body fell like a sack of potato's, to the ground. However, without hesitation she stood up quickly. Nothing but dirt to be found on her body. A small smirk filled her lips, upon realizing she was going about her attacks wrong. "Forgive me for starting off wrong, though I am also the one who paid the price." She spoke calmly, but not in a mocking voice either. There had been no reason for her to mock him if it came to becoming stronger. She tossed the sword into the air, towards him. Not a throw to attack, but one that would cause it to stick out of the floor a few inches from him. Upon landing, her hands folded in front of her, eyes closed. She had begun to chant once the sword had stuck into the floor. Opening her eyes, they flashed a brilliant white light. Her pupils could not be seen through this light. Looking at the Headmaster, her hands unfolded from each other. "Bind..." her voice echoed, her left hand twisted out to her left and her right hand twisted out in front of her. The hilt of the sword glow slightly and faded. Saying the word and moving had been performed in one swift motion. To those who did not know magic, it would look like nothing more then some fancy motions. To those who knew magic on a deeper level, they would see that her attack was meant to plant him to that spot, unable to move or defend himself; if the spell was strong enough. The next attack would depend on if she was able to do just that. After that enchantment was performed. She lifted both hands into the air. Her white wings stretched out on either side of her. A ball of white light began to form, her eyes were still glowing while performing this attack. The ball became bigger and bigger. There was no expression on her face. Once the ball of light became medium sized. Her arms fell down in front of her;throwing the ball of white light towards the Headmaster. She was not going to take this test lightly. This was what Warrior angels did. Test and practice to guaranty the best warriors. Which she had not done, so many years ago...

He smiled softly and watched her motions. The blade hit the ground and he began to gauge her magical talent when she began forming the white ball and chanting. A binding spell was easy enough to do, and easy for him to break. He waited till the last possible moment before he spoke his own reaction to her attack. " Despell cancelation " Within moments the ball vanished and he stood with his arms behind his back. " Enough from you. I see what you need to practice. Now wich of you two wish to try their hand? " He turned to Siren and pyros.

She felt a bit insulted. He acted as though she had done nothing to him. However, she would not say anything. This was merely practice after all and he was a powerful opponent. She bowed and stepped back to stand a few feet away from Pyro and Siren. Her hand reached up and touched the amulet around her neck. This had always been something she did when frustrated. She wanted to see what the headmaster had in store for the other two.

Siren watched as the headmaster dismissed Dewdrop and called for the next person. She thought she could see that Dewdrop looked a little upset by the way he had cast her off. It was understandable, since she would probably feel the same outrage even knowing it was coming. She hoped that it did not inspire the anger that was often her downfall. She'd been working hard since they'd left the tavern to keep it under check, but she knew that the headmaster saw through her. She knew that he could see things most couldn't by now, and though she was thankful for it, she was also wary of what he could see. "I will go next." she said after a moment, raising herself off the floor in one fluid motion. Her eyes flashed dangerously in the darkness. "Perhaps you should step back a bit, Pyros." she whispered to him. She smiled at him, touching her tail lightly to the back of his hand. She stepped forwards, looking at the stone in her palm. She didn't know what it was for, or even if she was supposed to utilize it in some way during her test, but Dewdrop had not, so she closed her hand around it and looked up. Fire was her strongest magic, so she balanced her stance, and her eyes quickly turned flame colored. Within moments, she was surrounded by flames, and the temperature of the room heightened. The flames quickly tore their way forwards towards the headmaster, tracing a line from her to him. She didn't usually have to worry about protection spells with her magic's strength, but she didn't know how powerful the headmaster was. She supposed it would be effortless for him to deflect her elemental magic.

Pyros stood with his arms folded, examining battles was an important thing to him, especially when he had to compete with the same person soon after. 'I just have to gather what he does and perhaps find a pattern and weakness.' Pyros thought, though he was worried about magic users, he could never find a weakness in them. Pyros watched him get into a stance that wasn't sided toward attack or defense, a stance that showed some arrogance. Quickly, Dewdrop was attacking him with her sword, a strange thing from Pyros' point of view, he was sure the battle would be magical, yet she started her offensive with a physical move. The headmaster stepped to the side and used some magical force to push Dewdrop into the ground with extreme force, Pyros looked over at the headmaster, his face expressing yet more arrogance. Pyros had a feeling that the headmaster wouldn't be beaten today and would show off a little more than was needed.
Dewdrop stood up quickly, not at all bothered from the attack and her mistake of fighting a physical battle. Pyros watched as she tossed her sword toward him and then it landed in the ground, she began chanting some words, it was obvious that she was doing some kind of magical ritual which would attack him. She then began to form a white ball in her hands before throwing it toward the headmaster. Seconds later the headmaster chanted something and the sword seemed to do nothing, and the ball that was heading for him disappeared. Pyros was slightly amazed, however he had heard greater stories about magic users and was expecting something more spectacular.
The headmaster told Dewdrop he had enough of her and criticized her saying that she needed more practice, he then asked who wanted to try him next. Pyros was a little bothered by his arrogance and now rudeness toward Dewdrop. Dewdrop walked passed them and stood behind them as Siren requested to try him next, she told Pyros to stand back and smiled at him, running her arm across his hand. He took her advice and stepped over, next to Dewdrop, she was grabbing her amulet and seemed to have alot on her mind, perhaps she was bothered by the headmaster's remarks.
Pyros watched as flames surrounded Siren and the room heated up, he was smiling now, this was going to be a good battle, atleast for all he could tell. It was exactly the kind of magic everybody always loved to see, the stereotypical magic that was told in stories of legend. Her flames were sent toward the headmaster and Pyros wondered how he would fight this attack. Pyros turned to Dewdrop, "Are you alright? You seem a little down, headmaster a bit rough on you?" Pyros asked her, turning back to the fight, he wanted to see everything while also conversing with Dewdrop.

She stood with her arms half folded, for her right hand fiddled with the amulet. She should of used her elemental powers just the same as siren. Perhaps Siren would be able to do what she had not been able to do; and that was wipe the ever growing smirk off the headmasters face. However, he was going to help them improve on their skills and help them to learn new skills. She tried to brush the feeling of disappointment in herself off. Pyros glanced back towards her and asked if she was alright. She closed her eyes and smiled a bit, before looking back towards Siren and the headmaster. "I am fine...thank you for your concern. He is a rather ruthless instructor. Perhaps I should of used my own elemental powers...however, when using magic these are things you learn and become better at. Though it even seems that I have learning still to do." she glanced towards pyros. "Are you ready? If you are not a magic user, it is undetermined what he might put you through...good luck either way and remember it is just practice. No matter how rude or arrogant the headmaster might be." she smiled a bit watching Siren and the Headmaster.

He smiled softly as Dewdrop stood back and Siren then offered to be next. Once Pyros had stepped out of the way as well he resumed his stance with one hand out to her and a grin. He watched her closely, watching the flicker in her eyes, the magical powers surge through her as she called upon the elemental forces. When fire encased her he felt its strength and felt it was her greatest talent. Looking deeper into the oncomeing attack and into her he saw what he needed and laughed to himself.
" Dragons Control. " He spoke aloud and spread his outstretched hand. The fire she commanded fled her body and the attack joined that fire above him. He twisted his hand sideways as the fire took on the form of a dragon and turned to her. " Assault " Was the last word he spoke as he droped his hand and the fire dragon rushed at its former master. This was going to be her true test, to see if she could disperse her own power and maybe reflect it. His mind already worked ahead to how to test the last....Pyros was a warrior and had nearly no sense of magic. This would be easy to take care off if his battle spirit was strong enough.

Siren watched as the headmaster took control of her fire magic and sent it back to her. Without hesitation she created a shield of water, engulfing the fire and forming into a bubble which solidified into ice and shot back to the headmaster. The use of her magic was greatly decreasing her energy, and she wished that she could learn to lessen the toll against herself that it took. The day had been difficult already, and the use of large amounts of her magic was bringing her down once more. She would have to sleep, or steal energy.

Dewdrop said she was fine and thanked him for his concern before explaining that he was a ruthless instructor. She was beginning to regret not using elemental magic and then said that she needed to do some learning. Pyros nodded, watching as the headmaster send Siren's own attack back at her, but she brought up a shield of water and prevented the retaliation from having any affect on her. She asked him if he was ready, she said that since he wasn't a magic user there was no idea what he would be put through, she wished him good luck and told him to remember that it was just practice, despite the headmasters attitudes. Siren shot a block of ice toward the headmaster and Pyros turned to Dewdrop, "I'll be sure to keep that in mind, thanks." Pyros replied looking over at Siren, she looked pretty worn out in the short time she had been fighting. 'Hang in there' he thought.

She had noticed pyros face held concern for Siren. After he had spoke with her, his attention became focused upon Siren. "Do not worry to much about her. Once the Headmaster and her are finished I can help her body regenerate and mend..." She spoke watching as Siren called forth a shield to dismiss the fire she had once controlled. Siren was a much more skilled magic user then she would had thought. However, at the same time most everyone in the room might think that she herself was rather weak. For the headmaster made it look that way. Perhaps it was better this way, then none would know what she was truly capable of. She continued to watch Siren and the Headmaster.

He smiled softly as the fire was engulfed in water, then water became ice and launched back at him. He saw the drain it had on her and knew where she needed to go in training. " Canel the Magic. " He waved his hand and the ice melted harmlessly away just before it hit him. He smiled and nods to her. " We are done. You need practice but I can see alot more in you than you realize you have. " He smiled and turned to Pyros. This one would be fun. Though he himself wasn't much in weaponry he made up for it with his skill in the elements and energy. He took a stance of defense purposes only and motioned him to attack.
